Michael Selby

Michael Selby, President of ScoreCard Partners, is a senior management and organizational development consultant with 30 years experience, including 8 years with Hewlett-Packard as Organizational Development Manager and Internal Planning Consultant. Michael has worked in scores of Silicon Valley / Bay Area premier corporations – from start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies, facilitating executive team meetings and retreats, designing and implementing Balanced ScoreCards, coaching executives, improving product development processes, and improving cross-functional and cross-geographical teamwork. He has worked extensively in both private and public sector organizations, and is a frequent presenter in Bay Area professional associations on issues of teamwork and organizational measurement (see Talks and Workshops).

Located in Marin County, Michael conducts business under his two trademarks: ScoreCard Partners and Team Transformations.
