Team Transformations

Team Transformations, founded in 1990 by Michael Selby is a management and organizational development company which assists executives and senior-level managers to create effective management teams. We coach organizational leaders in creating energized, highly participative teams whose members hold a common business vision and shared beliefs about teamwork, teams clear regarding what business data they collectively discuss, and committed to each others’ success.

We lead team retreats, provide executive coaching, and have many strategies for creating leadership teams capable of shaping and managing a successful business. In particular, we work on the interface between geographically remote, and organizationally separate teams that need to coordinate closely (e.g., multi-site product development teams, marketing/engineering teamwork).
